CARRALUC® (Carrageenan)

Carraluc® carrageenans are partially sulfated polysaccharides derived from red seaweed (Rhodophyceae). Appearing as a creamy-white, free-flowing coarse powder, they act as gelling agents, stabilizers, and viscosity builders—especially effective in milk-based and textured food systems.
