Pectoluc®

Pectoluc ® is a polymeric structural carbohydrate derived mainly from citrus peel and apple pomace. It appears as a creamy-light brown, free-flowing coarse powder and is soluble in hot water. Known for its excellent gelling and stabilizing properties, it is widely used in food and animal feed applications.
