Carraluc®

Carraluc® is a partially sulfated polysaccharide derived from red seaweed (Rhodophyceae), appearing as a creamy-white, free-flowing coarse powder. In the pet food industry, it acts as a gelling agent, stabilizer, and viscosity builder, especially suitable for wet and processed formulations.
